Once products are purchased you have 10 days to refund the product. Once items have been shipped and delivered items are non-refundable. Any items considered to have endured major damage are replaced by us free of cost. Any discoloration in the Aluminum is a natural phenomenon in mill finish aluminum and cannot be replaced unless discoloration is considered major. Once material is delivered you have 10 days to report any major damage, any damage after that will be considered the buyers responsibility.
